14th Jan to 25th Feb 2019 - Representations received by SCDC on the legality and soundness of the Final Draft Plan
1st April 2019 - Submission to the Planning Inspector.
April 2019- June 2019 - examination of the Final Draft by the Planning Inspector, including public consultation
June 2019 - Planning Inspector hearing of the Final Draft Local Area Plan
October 2019 - Planning Inspectors report published.
November/December 2019 - Adoption of the new Local Area Plan
